The Bellflower has a scooped, round neckline, a little narrower and lower than the Clematis and Amaranth; modified kimono-style short sleeves; with an elasticized waistband sitting slightly above the waist. The skirt is fuller than the Amaranth. Available in 50” or 53” length. Sizes extra-small to large have five rows of elastic and the larger sizes have three.
The blue-weave fabric is a tricot spandex, a bit heavier than the ITY knits that we have mostly been using.
It can be washed in cold water and hung to dry. Our favorite method is to hang it over a bar by the waist. It should not need ironing. The dresses should survive many washings, remaining fresh-looking and attractive through several seasons.
